Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht (Waschturm, grosse Zimmer, Spülmaschine) und ist am besten geeignet für Paare oder Einzelpersonen. Sie ist nach Westen ausgerichtet, sodass man den perfekten Ausblick über die Dächer Zürichs auf die Abendsonne sowie den Uetliberg hat.

Wir ziehen um, weil wir ein zusätzliches Zimmer benötigen, waren aber mehr als zufrieden mit der Wohnung.Die Wohnung hat ein Reduit, jedoch kein Dach-/Kellerabteil.

Dazu kann bei Bedarf auch unser Tiefgaragenparkplatz für CHF 250.00 übernommen werden.
