Ein Holzofen sorgt in der kühleren Jahreszeit zusätzlich zur Zentralheizung für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre.

Die Küche ist mit einem Geschirrspüler ausgestattet und bietet Platz für einen kleinen Esstisch. Ein separates Esszimmer sowie mehrere vielseitig nutzbare Schlaf-, Kinder- oder Arbeitszimmer stehen zur Verfügung.

Die Zimmerhöhe ungefähr 1,80 Meter.

Das helle Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne, ein WC und eine eigene Waschmaschine.
