We are founding a new 3-person shared apartment in August 2026 in a freshly renovated 3-bedroom apartment in Neuheim (ZG). The apartment was newly painted and equipped with new floors before our move-in. Since the shared apartment is completely new, the common rooms will be furnished step by step. This gives you the opportunity to bring in your ideas and create a pleasant living atmosphere together with us.

The room:
Private bedroom with approximately 10 m2
Move-in possible after arrangement, earliest from 01.08.2026

The apartment:
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a single-family house (access via a few steps). There is only one more apartment in the house with a neighboring party.

Laundry room (shared with the neighboring apartment)
Around the house, there is also approximately 80 m2 of garden space for which the shared apartment is responsible.

Parking spaces:
Two outdoor parking spaces and a single garage are available. One or two spaces are already allocated. The remaining parking options can be arranged according to needs.

Who we are:
Laurent (24): works as a chef in Zug. Due to his irregular working hours, he is often only home late in the evening. His partner will also stay with him from time to time. In his free time, he is involved in various clubs. He grew up in Steinhausen.
Nils (21): works as a service technician and is also involved in volunteer work in clubs and the Neuheim volunteer fire department. He grew up in Neuheim.

Since we are both moving in at the same time, we are starting from scratch together. We will plan furniture for the common rooms, internet, TV, and other organizational topics together. We are uncomplicated, spontaneous, and willing to compromise, and we wish for someone who fits well into this relaxed atmosphere.

Costs:
Room price: 1000.- CHF per month including utilities
Shared insurance: approximately 30.- per month, divided among all roommates
Parking space according to needs: 80.- CHF per month
