The residential building, protected under federal law, built in 1957 by the famous architect and artist Max Bill, was completely renovated and restored this year. It is located in the center of Neuhausen, in a traffic-calmed street. Just around the corner, you can shop at Denner and Coop, and across the street, bookworms can borrow books from the library. The train stations Neuhausen Rheinfall (direct connection to Zurich) and Neuhausen SBB (connection to Winterthur and Schaffhausen) as well as the train station Neuhausen DB (direct connection to Basel) can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Two bus stations can be reached within two minutes.

4 apartments are being rented. The apartment on the first floor could be restored to its original 1950s state (however, completely renovated). The apartments from the 2nd to the 4th floor received new windows, paint, parquet, and tile floors, as well as completely new bathrooms, kitchens, and toilets.

The apartments have a large living room and a dining room, which are connected and have a new, spacious kitchen with an original, beautifully designed pass-through to the dining room, two large rooms, a generous wardrobe area, and a smaller room.
