Das Zimmer bietet:

Mitbenutzung von Küche, Wohnbereich und Keller
- eigene Waschmaschine und Trockner
- Lift direkt in die Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist hell, ruhig und sehr angenehm zum Wohnen.
Wichtiger Hinweis zur Nutzung:
Ich nutze das Zimmer ungefähr jedes zweite Wochenende, da meine zwei Kinder dann bei mir sind. In dieser Zeit kann die Schlafsituation flexibel gelöst werden und wird gemeinsam besprochen. Der Mietpreis ist bereits entsprechend fair berücksichtigt.
Ich suche eine zuverlässige, respektvolle Person, die diese besondere Wohnsituation schätzt und mit Vertrauen und Rücksicht gut umgehen kann.
