Various rooms are available, from 7m² to approximately 11m² and 15m², which are allocated after agreement. The rent depends on the room size and agreement.
The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Volg, a bus stop, and just a few minutes from the mountain railways. By public transport, you can reach Flims (Coop) in about 21 minutes, the Laax mountain railways in about 12 minutes, and Laax Post in about 6 minutes.
We are ideally looking for someone for a year-round rental, but we are also open to seasonal roommates.
