In Lugano, 50 m from the station and a few minutes from the center, close to main services and public transport, we offer a studio apartment arranged as follows:
Kitchen (equipped with hood and two burners, fridge, sink and some storage furniture), renovated bathroom with shower, furnished bedroom (with bed, bedside table, small wall cabinet and dresser) and balcony.

The apartment is available from September 1st/30th, 2026, not before.
No parking space is available.
The cost of the apartment is 880 CHF/month, including flat-rate expenses (no settlement). + 40 CHF/month for the basement (if available)
The expenses also include heating, water, and electricity.
The apartment is on the third or fifth floor, only two are available.
A deposit of three months' rent is required, totaling 2640 CHF via bank transfer (and opening a guarantee deposit).
Guarantee deposit insurances are not accepted.
Minimum one-year contract with termination only on March 31st and September 30th.
Only people with a work contract in Switzerland or students with a guarantee are accepted.
No subletting or Airbnb is accepted.
It is not possible to install a washing machine in the apartment.
Animals are not accepted.
The apartment is located on the second floor.
There is an elevator in the building.

Basements are currently available (+ 40 CHF/month).
There is a laundry room in the condominium with shifts, alternatively, there is a self-service laundry 100 m from the building.

To visit the apartment, you can make an appointment from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:30.
