I'm looking for a roommate for the apartment I'm moving into on September 1st.
It's a large 4.5-room apartment in the Guintzet neighborhood of Fribourg, not far from Miséricorde University and the train station.
The apartment has:
- a balcony
- a living room with a fireplace
- a small and two large bedrooms
- a large kitchen with plenty of storage and a dishwasher
- a bathroom
- a parking space
- a garage
- a basement
- and above all, a very large, shaded garden where it's nice even in the heat.
You would have one of the two large bedrooms for a price of 850.- per month (negotiable).
My goal is to create a living space where we live together, not just side by side, while of course keeping our own space.
