The apartment has 4½ rooms, is modern, super bright and has a really nice view of the mountains. Your room is furnished with a 160 bed and a large wardrobe. Please give your room some love: plants, pictures or decorations are welcome.

Additionally, there are:
- a large, cozy living room
- a top-equipped kitchen
- a balcony with a mountain view
- a garage/basement for skis, bikes and sports equipment
- a bus stop right in front of the door

Additionally, there is a guest room with a double bed that you can use when no one is visiting.

If you have a car, we will definitely find a solution ..

Looking for:
someone who enjoys inspiring cohabitation and appreciates a cozy home...

Uncomplicated interaction with each other, cooking together, chatting over a coffee or spontaneously doing something is nice. But it's also okay if you just need some peace and quiet!

You don't have to do yoga or meditate haha, but if you're open, warm and reflective and have a desire for relaxed cohabitation, that's probably already a good fit.

Age and gender are completely irrelevant. Much more important is that the chemistry is right. Ideally, you speak German, English or Spanish.

I'm 33, work as a filmmaker and am often on the road due to my job - often also with my self-converted camper.. all the more I appreciate the time at home.
My partner is also often on the road for work and therefore only occasionally in the apartment.

Mountain biking, hiking, splitboarding is a given.. but I also like to cook (mostly quite healthy, love cozy evenings with friends and always look forward to good conversations.

The apartment should feel like a home for everyone, only good vibes!
