I am offering a room for rent in a shared house on the heights of Sion, in the Gravelone neighborhood.

Currently, we are three boys and one girl in the house. No water charges but 50.- of electricity per person and per month. The room is available from SEPTEMBER 1ST, 2026.

The house is on three levels:
- The basement where the garage, laundry room, and a small storage room are located.
- The ground floor where the living room, dining room, kitchen, and one of the roommates' rooms are located, as well as a small bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower. There is also a large terrace with a very nice view of the city of Sion and not too noisy.
- The first floor where three rooms are located, including the one for rent, as well as the bathroom with two sinks, toilet, and corner bathtub. The room has a large balcony shared with another room
- Washing machine, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, two fridge-freezers.

There are parking spaces around the house and one could be available in the garage.

The house also has a small garden below where we have installed our small pool for the summer.

I have been present in the house for almost three years, and I remain available by phone for any questions and to organize visits.
