The room is located in our house, situated in a beautiful, quiet environment in the center of the village of Grandvaux (Bourg-en-Lavaux), located in Lavaux, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can enjoy a magnificent view just a few meters from the house. We live here with two adults, my son and I, Hélène, 20 and 52 years old.

The room is available from September 5, 2026

The room is approximately 45m2, in duplex. It is rented furnished. It's almost a studio but there is no access to water.
It is fully equipped with:
- Sleeping area on the mezzanine (a new railing will be installed)
- Living area with Google TV Streamer
- Office area
- Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, induction hob / Note: There is no access to water in the room.
- Iron and ironing board, clothes rack
- Router and Ethernet connection

The following areas are shared with the family:
- Bathroom and toilet
- Laundry room
- Large, equipped kitchen
- Balcony and terrace

There is a public parking lot 50m away (it is possible to rent a space or buy a parking ticket from the municipality).
The CFF train stations in Grandvaux and Cully are 15 minutes away on foot. A post bus (which reaches the CFF train stations) passes by several times a day.

Net rent: CHF 1280 per month.
The rent includes:

Pets are not allowed.
