Two bright, nice rooms of 3.50 x 4.20 m (so a little more than 14 m2) are becoming available in our shared accommodation.

They are located in a beautiful old house with a large garden.

The common areas consist of:

• a large living/dining room with fireplace and sunroom

• a kitchen

• a bathroom

• a guest toilet

• possibility of having a small storage space in the basement or attic

The current inhabitants are:

• Hervé, 51 years old, math and science teacher at the secondary level, passionate about board games

• Cédric, 52 years old, socio-educational assistant, animator, sports enthusiast, hiker, climber, and player of racing games

• Noé, 17 years old, part-time, music fan, and experienced Minecraft PvP player

• Sushi, 13 years old, cat, fan of siestas, intense cuddling sessions, and, unfortunately, hunting (you won't have to take care of it)

We are looking for people who like their independence and quiet, but also want to spend convivial moments together.

Minimum rental period: 3 months

Move-in date: September 1st

Cats and aquarium or terrarium animals are welcome, if you take care of them yourself.

Couples with children are also welcome. (The two rooms are close to each other on the same floor.)

Price:

1 room, 1 person: 800 CHF + 100 CHF = 900 CHF

1 room, 2 people: 900 CHF + 100 CHF = 1000 CHF

Both rooms rented together: 1050 CHF + 200 CHF = 1250 CHF

Group visits:

Tuesday, August 11th, 3-4 pm

Friday, August 14th, 7-8 pm
