During my winter stay in Thailand, I rent out my lovingly furnished garden apartment to people who appreciate quality, peace, and the special location directly on Lake Constance.

The approximately 100 m² large garden apartment was completely newly created in 2024 and offers modern living comfort with a sunny terrace and private garden. Thanks to high-quality equipment and smart home technology, you can enjoy a relaxed stay in a stylish home for a while.

Rental conditions

• Rental period: November 1 to March 31

• Rent: CHF 2,200.– per month

• Utilities, furniture, and WLAN are included in the rent.

• An outdoor parking space can be rented for an additional CHF 65.– per month after consultation.

• One room remains locked during the rental period.

• The underground parking garage is not part of the rental.
