We are looking for a considerate tenant to sublet our beautiful, furnished 3.5-room apartment in Zurich District 5. The apartment is available immediately for an initial period of one year, with the possibility of extending the sublease for another year by mutual agreement.

The apartment is in a very central location and features modern finishes, high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The spacious, light-filled living room is the heart of the apartment.

The separate kitchen also has floor-to-ceiling windows and is equipped with a modern stainless-steel worktop, dishwasher, oven and all standard kitchen appliances.

In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate office that can be closed off from the living area with a sliding door.
