In our house in Winterthur, two different double rooms are available. The house is a self-managed community with a lot of freedom and a large garden. We are looking for people who live independently, take responsibility, and appreciate a quiet home.

It's not a classic shared flat with close living or joint activities. Everyone lives independently, meets respectfully, and takes care of the shared areas.

Room 1 on the top floor

Since the staircase in this area is shared, this room is preferably suited for a woman.

Room 2 on the ground floor

* Direct access from outside
* Quiet and with a lot of privacy

Rent
The regular rent is CHF 1,200.– per month, including all ancillary costs per double room.

We are looking for flatmates who
value quiet, natural living, are willing to take responsibility, and reliably keep agreements. The garden is an important part of the house and in the summer, a large additional living area.
