I am looking for someone who wants to exchange their apartment with mine.
My apartment is located in Thal SG, in a quiet neighborhood near the vineyards. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, is spacious and has a fairly large south-facing balcony. Parquet flooring, basement, bike room, and parking are available. The kitchen is open to the living room. There is a dishwasher. The washing machine in the basement only needs to be shared with two other parties. By car, you can reach the highway in about 3 minutes. Lake Constance and the Old Rhine are also very close. The area is completely flat and very suitable for leisurely bike rides.
I am looking for someone who wants to exchange their apartment with mine. Your apartment (or house) should have at least 3 rooms, be max. about 8 km away from Thal SG, and be in a very quiet area (if an apartment, preferably a top-floor or maisonette apartment, if a house, preferably a detached house, also somewhat secluded). Rent per month max. 1600.-- incl. utilities.
I also look forward to offers of suitable properties for rent (without exchange intentions).
