Large flatshare of eight people looking for one person or a couple to complete the team!
Palézieux-Gare, three minutes from the train station (by train, Lausanne in 15 or 23 minutes 5 times an hour, Fribourg in 35 minutes).
Large house on three floors with two open kitchens, three shared bathrooms, WC + private showers in some rooms, living rooms, verandas, collective office... Large garden with covered area, pond, petanque court, large vegetable garden, small greenhouse, chicken coop and workshop. Large polyvalent pavilion with sauna, parking spaces.
The common areas are a priori smoker-friendly, except for one of the kitchens in the morning.
Different rooms to choose from, rents between approximately 700 and 1200.- including charges, weighted according to room size and income. The largest rooms can be suitable for a couple. Entry date to be agreed upon.
We are currently a collective of four women and four men, queer-friendly, aged 33 to 45, accompanied by three cats and three chickens. We appreciate meals, evenings, games, discussions, collective work, crafts...
We are looking for one or more people motivated by community life, willing to invest in the house, the vegetable garden, the chicken coop (tasks in turns), and in relationships with other inhabitants. At least two big parties per year! Desire to bring the house to life and open it, have common projects, ideas are welcome, everything is discussable! Decisions are made collectively during two monthly meetings, one organizational and one for in-depth discussions.
