The room is bright and quiet and approximately 12 sqm in size. It has a small private bathroom, however without a shower. The shower is located right next to it in the adjacent bathroom and is gladly shared. The fully equipped kitchen and balcony are available for shared use. There is no common room like a living room for shared use. The train station Seen and the Seen shopping center are very close by. We are looking for a woman, preferably a weekly commuter. We are a 50-year-old and a 14-year-old, both working and studying, and are independent and individual. We appreciate our quiet evenings after a stressful day and like it tidy. We are rather quiet and are therefore also looking for a quiet roommate. A shared WG life is not desired, but we also like to exchange ideas from time to time and against a joint cooking evening from time to time, no one has anything against it.
