The apartment itself has already seen several years, which means there's a lot of renovation to be done. So, the parquet will be sanded and sealed, the walls painted, the kitchen fronts renewed, and several other small things will be taken care of before a new move-in. It should shine again, to be able to receive guests.

Unfortunately, we currently don't have any photos of the very special bathroom with a washing tower, which is located in the apartment, but one floor below. Here, everything is special, which makes this apartment so exciting. It's an apartment that's hard to describe, which is why we recommend taking the time to "feel" and sense it.
