5-minute walk to train station and bakery, 15-minute walk to shopping centers. By train, 10 minutes to St. Gallen and 30 minutes to Lake Constance or the Alpstein.
The house has 4 floors. Shared use of living room (Sat-TV, Joyn, Blu-Ray, internet radio, Spotify), dining room, kitchen (dishwasher, induction, steamer, oven, microwave, egg cooker, toaster, water boiler, deep fryer, Oskar kitchen machine), shower, toilet, laundry room (washing machine, dryer, drying room, Stewi in front of the house), garden terrace, WLAN, 3 parking spaces, 1 mountain bike.
For general expenses, we have a shared apartment fund.
