The room has a large bed with storage space, a large wardrobe, a desk with a screen and office chair, as well as a large window with curtains facing northeast.

The tenant has access to a generous living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a small balcony in the kitchen, and a beautiful balcony terrace at the living room (facing southwest). Telephone and WiFi are available.

The owner couple is absent for longer periods. This means you will enjoy a lot of peace and have the common areas mostly to yourself.

The apartment is located in a quiet, natural environment and yet only a few minutes away from all important facilities: several shops, pharmacy, post office, banks, café, restaurants, and other shops. The Markthof bus stop is about a 7-minute walk away.

We are looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible person who appreciates a quiet living environment and is looking for an apartment for at least 6 months.
