I am looking for as of 1.10.2026 or by agreement a sublessee for office use. I myself will still be in one room of the office premises as a tenant (my activity: legal advice, real estate advice).

For subletting, there are two nice and bright offices with studio character in Feldmeilen (see plan Office No. 1 and No. 3). The rooms are next to each other and can be accessed through a common entrance area. A parking space is also available directly in front of the building.

The gross rent is CHF 810 / month (including exclusive use for 2 offices, for 1 parking space, including ancillary costs, including shared use of the entrance area on the 2nd floor and the toilet on the intermediate floor). The notice period is 6 months. A sublease agreement will be signed.

The rooms will only be rented for "non-noisy office use" without constant walk-in customers. So not, for example, to businesses like dentists, massage, care, etc., which have constant walk-in customers. A normal customer visit frequency for office use is of course permitted. This important point must be clarified in advance.
