From October, I am renting my large, bright, and charming 3.5-room old building apartment in Zurich 8006, near the stops Ottikerstrasse / Beckenhof.

Rent: CHF 3,200 per month plus electricity costs (advance payment).

The apartment is being rented for approximately 1½ years. I am currently studying abroad and plan to return to Zurich afterwards. If interested and if my plans change, there may be the possibility to take over the rental agreement at a later date – subject to the approval of the landlord.

I am looking for a responsible individual or couple who will carefully and respectfully inhabit the apartment during my absence.
