For the beautiful, historic farmhouse in Männedorf, we are looking for a new flatmate - children are also welcome. Available from 01.09.2026 or by arrangement.

You will live together with Dani (mid-40s) and our four-year-old son, who lives with him half the week. In addition, two affectionate free-range cats belong to the household and enjoy the charm of the old house. Other pets are possible by arrangement.

The house has a large, natural garden with plenty of greenery, fruit trees, berry bushes, and other plants. If you enjoy gardening, you can supplement and help design the garden with your own beds or raised beds.

The house is located quietly in the upper village of Männedorf. The forest and surrounding nature are within a few minutes' walk, and the lake is only about 15 minutes' walk away - perfect for a summer cooling-off.

The farmhouse has six rooms and numerous secondary rooms that can be used by all: the attic, garden house, fitness room, music room, (studio) kicker table, and table tennis offer plenty of space for hobbies and communal living. You rent 2 rooms for your private and sole use, and the other rooms are used jointly. The current room allocation is not fixed and can be discussed jointly so that it works for everyone.

You'll fit in best with Dani & Son if you love nature & music, enjoy living in an uncomplicated housing community, and are willing to help shape and maintain the house and garden together.

Since I'm moving out, we're looking for a suitable successor.
