Description

After seven years, it is unfortunately time for me to move out of my shared flat in Enge, so I am looking for someone to take over my room.

You will be living with my current flatmate, a software engineer in robotics in his 30s. I honestly could not have asked for a better person to share a home with: he is friendly, respectful, tidy, easy-going, and great to live with.

Some points about the apartment:

  • Just a few minutes' walk from the lake

  • A huge terrace that is perfect for relaxing or having friends over

  • Surprisingly quiet: the neighbouring units are businesses, and the windows face the inner courtyard

  • Private washing machine and dishwasher in the flat

    As for you: ideally you are somewhere between 25 and 40, have a job or are doing a PhD, and enjoy keeping a shared home tidy while being easy-going and considerate.
