Ideal for a couple, but potential rearrangement possible. - Configuration: 2 rooms - spacious living room with open, equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), large bedroom, bathroom with bathtub - Exterior: 3 balconies - one facing south, the second is , the third north - Large private cellar in the basement - rent: 1920.-/month - Transport: just a few steps from buses 3, 20, 21 and close to the Vigie metro stop
A washing machine and a dryer are available in the shared laundry room.
The apartment is very bright, practical to access and has a magnificent view of the mountains and the cathedral of Lausanne.
It is also possible to rent a parking space.
We are looking to sell some furniture if you are interested: indoor and outdoor sofa, indoor and outdoor table, clothing storage and coffee table as well as the bar.
