You will have almost the entire apartment, including:

The only rooms that will remain private are my bedroom and my daughter's, which will remain closed.

A somewhat unusual rental formula

For professional reasons, I will be living mainly outside of Lausanne. My daughter and I will generally return two nights a week, mainly during the week, outside of school holidays.

Outside of these few nights, you will be able to enjoy the apartment in complete tranquility, as if you were at home.
