A small room is becoming available in our large shared house!
We're looking for an adventurer (ideally a woman, to keep a balance between men and women in the house, but we're not silly enough to refuse a super nice guy, haha) who wants to build something together!
A small piece of paradise in Villars-sur-Glâne, in the middle of nature, just 50m from the Glâne and 15 minutes by bike from Fribourg train station (7 minutes on foot from the bus stop), our house is both practical and peaceful.
In addition to the room, there are the common areas!
- A living/dining room with a projector!
- A equipped kitchen with the charm of the 80s!
- A bathroom with a bathtub and shower!
- A area by the fire for cozy evenings!
- A co-working space to work together!
- A large garden with a vegetable patch, ideal for nature lovers!
- A terrace with a pergola with grapevines!
- Another terrace with shady trees for hot summers!
- Another area to sit together and make a fire, because it's nice!
- Two parking spaces for all vehicles!
Who are we?
A group of people who are a bit crazy (5), very different from each other, and connected by the desire to live in peace, quiet, and with our neighbors, projects, and personal lives.
In our valley (our little paradise) we cultivate mutual aid, kindness, and conviviality, both in the house and with the two other houses that are in a similar process.
Price, yes, it's also a reality: 400 CHF / month + 110 CHF charges (which include absolutely everything that is shared, no other bills will be added)
Date: from now on and at the latest 01.10.26
