I am renting out a nice, bright room of 12 m² (unfurnished), ideal for arranging your own space according to your tastes.
The apartment is a large and modern 3.5-room apartment, particularly spacious and fully equipped. You will have complete access to the common areas:
A large, cozy living room opening onto a pleasant balcony.
A fully equipped and super-equipped kitchen (oven, plates, large fridge, etc.).
Absolute comfort with two bathrooms (a first room with toilet/sink and a second, main bathroom with shower). Ideal for never stepping on each other's feet in the morning!
Private laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) directly installed in the apartment (no need to schedule your time on a common laundry room).
