The rent of CHF 690.-- includes ancillary costs such as electricity, heating, Wi-Fi and a bicycle parking space in the garage. A parking space can be rented for CHF 60.-- (covered) or CHF 50.-- (outdoors) if needed.
The room is only rented for single use by one person, the minimum rental period is 12 months. A deposit of 2 months' rent must be paid when the contract is signed.

On foot, it is approximately 12 minutes to the train station. A train runs 4 times an hour to Zurich (20 minutes journey time) and 4 times in the direction of Uster (5 minutes journey time). Lake Greifensee is only about 2km away.
