The loft room is fully furnished. It is located in our family home, in the center of the beautiful village of Grandvaux (Bourg-en-Lavaux) in Lavaux.
The room is available from September 10, 2026
The room is arranged as follows:
- Sleeping area on the mezzanine (a new railing will be installed)
- Living area with TV
- Office area
- Small kitchen area with fridge, microwave, kettle, induction hob / Note: There is no access to water in the room but we share our kitchen!
We share the following areas:
- Bathroom and WC
- Laundry room
- Large, equipped kitchen
- Balcony and roof terrace
The CFF stations of Grandvaux and Cully are 15 minutes away on foot.
Rent: CHF 980 per month
Charges: CHF 110 per month
The charges include:
Water, electricity, heating, internet
Laundry room (washing machine & dryer)
Vacuum cleaner and household accessories
Household products
Serafe and ECA tax
Animals are not allowed.
Conditions:
Minimum lease of 1 year, notice period of 3 months.
