Shared room on the Rhine in Stein am Rhein – from July 1st
From July 1st, a room will become available in our shared flat. Since we also have a separate guest room, you can choose between two rooms.
The rent is 700 CHF, including utilities.
The apartment and property include:
* two terraces with south-facing orientation
* a covered seating area in the garden
* direct access to the Rhine
* two kayaks for shared use
* plenty of outdoor space and room to linger
The shared flat is located outside the old town of Stein am Rhein, making it relatively quiet. At the same time, a bus stop is directly in front of the house. The Badi with a volleyball field is in close proximity.
Currently, Flo (teacher), Tobias (carpenter), Simona (nurse and teacher), and two cats live in the shared flat. We value a pleasant and respectful cohabitation. We enjoy spending time together, whether it's eating, in the garden, or by the campfire. At the same time, each person has enough space for themselves.
We are looking for someone who:
* is interested in a communal shared flat life
* reliably participates in household chores
* maintains a respectful and uncomplicated demeanor
* ideally has previous shared flat experience
You would move into an unfurnished room and share a bathroom with one other person. Thanks to the size of the house and property, there are many opportunities to get involved, implement your own projects, or simply use the available spaces.
