I'm looking for a roommate for the room in the picture, with a balcony. Additionally, another room can possibly be shared (e.g. for a wardrobe)

I'm basically planning to give up my 3.5-room apartment, which is why the apartment could be taken over completely later. However, there is no concrete date yet.

I have a cat named Cuba who lives with me in the apartment and is a sociable, little friend. :)

The apartment is located in Heiterweid. A parking space can be rented here for around 75chf.
