From mid-September, I rent a room with bathroom and balcony in a private area of my house in Attalens, a pretty Fribourg village, close to Vevey.

Close to shops, restaurants, pharmacy, and public transport, the accommodation also offers direct access to beautiful forest walks on foot.

The space offered is more than just a simple room: it consists of a bright and airy room with a small private balcony as well as a private bathroom equipped with a modern, practical, and rare washing column in Switzerland.

The room is located in my main residence, shared in a peaceful and respectful atmosphere. The place is perfectly suited for one person or a couple looking for calm, comfort, and serenity for a few weeks or several months.

I prefer short to medium-term rentals, from 1 to 3 months.

Guests have access to the kitchen as well as to various equipment: Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, and kettle.

• Residential area, calm and pleasant • All amenities within walking distance • 15 minutes from Vevey by car • 45 minutes from Lausanne • About 1 hour from UNIL or EPFL by public transport (bus + train)

Rent

• CHF 850.– / month for 1 person, CHF 1000.– / month for a couple. The price includes heating, water, electricity, WiFi, outdoor parking for small cars.
