Looking for roommate (in Moncucco area) from 15.10.2026
I'm a 29-year-old guy, working on shifts and I'm an active and sporty person. I'm looking for someone for the second available room in the house: obviously all common areas are shared and accessible.
At a price of 800chf, 200chf in expenses are added, which include all other monthly expenses (laundry, cleaning material, electricity, billag, heating, internet, home insurance, worn-out furniture, netflix, disney, etc... all included in the 200chf extra)
The minimum stay is three months. I'm looking for respectful and quiet people to share a serene environment.
The only extra expense concerns personal needs (shopping, personal hygiene products and your food)
For those interested, I would ask for a personal description (hobbies, for which period you are interested, job, etc...) if you don't respond to these requests I won't respond...
