The apartment is a 4.5-room apartment, spacious and bright, with 2 bathrooms, a large balcony, and a large living room with open kitchen. It is shared with two other young people, both very nice and calm.
Ideal location for students:
- less than 10 minutes' walk from the campus;
- bus stop nearby;
- supermarket about 5 minutes' walk away,
- Mouline metro station about 10 minutes' walk away.
The apartment also has a basement and a covered bike room.
The rent for the room is approximately 900 CHF per month, including charges, excluding Internet.
It is planned that you will take over my share of the contract and deposit. It would also be preferable to take over the furniture of the room, the price of which will be discussed together.
