Two bright rooms in our two-story 7-room family apartment near Brugg and Aarau for rent.
One of the rooms is located on the ground floor (14 m2, picture 4, with mattress) and has direct access to the garden. The second room is located on the 1st floor (12 m2, pictures 5-7, with bed frame and a view), overlooking the greenery.
We are looking for a person, optionally with a child.
The rooms can be rented immediately or by arrangement.

About us
We are a lively, warm, humorous family, sometimes distracted, occasionally emotional, fond of traveling, curious, and open-minded. The kids live about 60% here, 40% with their father, who lives 300 meters up the street.
- Anna, 44 years old: mom, biologist, rock and punk music lover, early riser, nature lover, and without coffee and sports, nothing works!
- Son 1, 11 years old: 6th grade, creative, communicative, loves computer games (our conflict point no. 1 ;-)), technology enthusiast, and collector
- Son 2, 9 years old: 4th grade, athletic, collegial, Lego fan, and cat owner
- Zelda & Kyla, 1 year old: cat girls, playful, affectionate, often on the go, and totally curious

What we wish for
I wish that living together feels harmonious for everyone thanks to authentic, open communication, that everyone feels comfortable and at home. Needs, wishes, and boundaries should be openly addressed and a corresponding togetherness negotiated together. We are open to shared meals, rearranging the apartment, but also value our private space. Many things are possible, but nothing is mandatory!

About the apartment
The apartment is located on the ground floor and 1st floor, has two bathrooms (both with shower, the 1st floor with a freestanding bathtub)
On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a chimney, a dining area, and a kitchen with a dishwasher and plenty of space. Additionally, the entrance area is quite spacious.
On the 1st floor, there are our three bedrooms and an open room above the stairs, which can be used as a home office.
There is also a communal garden (three other parties in the house, another child) with a charcoal grill, slide, and pizza oven, as well as a garden area belonging to the apartment with design freedom and an open fireplace.
Storage space is available in the attic and in the garage.

About the surroundings
Good public transport connections to Brugg (17 minutes) and Aarau (25 minutes) are available right in front of the house, as well as a pharmacy, library, and Volg within walking distance, and a bakery in the neighboring village.
Schinznach is located in a wonderful environment, inviting you to take short or long walks, to swim in the Aare or in the swimming pool, or to enjoy a fine wine from the vineyards around the village. Additionally, the village community is quite open and active, with daily structures, cultural events, and more.
