Hello

In a beautiful, extremely bright and cozy 3-room apartment, I have a room to rent immediately and until the end of October. The room is approximately 12m2 in size and can be rented either unfurnished or partially furnished. Regarding the move-in date, I am flexible, ideally September 1st or even earlier if needed.

The apartment itself is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need (see photos).

Since I recently moved out, I am looking for a roommate for my current roommate for the last two months until the cancellation.

It's not a classic shared apartment life where you do something together every day, cook, eat, etc., but rather a working professionals' shared apartment - everyone does their own thing and if it suits, gladly have a chat or a glass of wine, but without the obligation that this happens every x days or so.
