The Hobelwerk is deliberately car-free and offers a well-thought-out mobility concept:

• The Hobelwerk is car-free, residents are not allowed to own cars, but you will receive a mobility subscription and have access to three electric vehicles directly in front of the building. (A car is only allowed for health or professional reasons).

• Instead of a rent deposit, cooperative shares worth CHF 250.– per square meter of living space must be purchased before the start of the rental period.

• Minimum occupancy: two people

• Pets: Only house cats are allowed.
