Well connected to public transport, especially bus 18
Rent: 720 CHF/month
Parking space: 200 CHF/month, must be taken over together with the room and integrated into the lease.
Available from September 16th
Desired duration: at least 1 year.
Sought profile:
Between 25 and 40 years old
With a job and an income of at least 2500 CHF/month.
Serious, respectful and pleasant person.
Who wants to be officially included in the lease.
Note: there will be 2 months of subletting before the new lease is put in place (the exact date is still to be seen).
Furniture to be taken over:
I am leaving my bed as well as a wardrobe, which must be taken over together with the room.
