In our architectural office, we are renting a beautiful office space as a sublet. The room is ideal for a tenant from the fields of architecture, design, planning, or related disciplines such as graphics, photography, or design.

Our office is located on the third floor of a former industrial building in the center of Frauenfeld and can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot from the train station. Restaurants and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.

The office space is well-ventilated and lit, spacious with a room height of over 3.50 m, and is suitable for 1-2 workstations depending on the needs. There are sufficient power outlets available.

The shared use of the infrastructure such as kitchen, toilets, meeting room, terrace, multifunctional printer, as well as the use of the office's own LAN/WLAN connections, can be agreed upon if needed.
