I am renting out a room in my 3-room apartment.
The rent includes:

?Utility costs
?Waste disposal fees
?Broadcasting fees
?Cleaning staff (cleaning lady) 30.- (2x a year)

There is a clear cleaning schedule that must be strictly adhered to.

I am not often at home, usually 2-3 times a week, sometimes a bit more, but rather rarely.

The apartment has a nice living room and a balcony with a view of the greenery.
The Rhine Falls are only 5 minutes away, and there is a bus stop right in front of the house.

I am looking for a quiet, calm, responsible, and clean roommate.
Only one person is allowed, no girlfriend or partner as an additional roommate.
Frequent visits from friends are also not welcome, as I usually don't lock my bedroom door and have had bad experiences in the past.
