Welcome to our shared apartment, a spacious and modern 4.5-room apartment with a garden in Breite 43 in Altstätten SG.

I'm looking for a subtenant for my room, as I'll be returning to Altstätten in the spring/summer of 27 and haven't cancelled the room yet, so I'm trying to find a subtenant first. I'm very flexible regarding the duration of the rental agreement.

About the shared apartment, my flatmates and I are around 28 years old, they are sporty, often busy elsewhere in the evenings, but we enjoy spending time together when our schedules allow it. Both are very sociable, clean, organized, and reliable.

Your room would have direct access to the garden, and if you want, it also comes with a bed and two pieces of furniture included. The room also includes a larger Monstera houseplant that prefers not to change its location. All this with underfloor heating, controlled ventilation, Wi-Fi, Netflix, Prime...

The apartment has a modern, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (1 shower, 1 bathtub, 2 toilets/sinks), a laundry room, a basement storage room, a garage (bike, motorcycle), and an outdoor parking space (not included).

A bakery, bar, old town, bus station, and shopping opportunities are within a 3-minute walking distance, and the train station is about 5 minutes away by bike.
