Costs & Fair 50/50 split: Since we share the house absolutely fairly and both use the same number of rooms, we split all fixed costs exactly: Rent according to the house rental agreement: (1680.- including utilities) So it's CHF 840. / month. Additionally, village corporation (advance payment): CHF 80. / month (your half of the fixed CHF 160. for electricity/water). Your total monthly costs are therefore CHF 920.. Important note on billing: We split the quarterly bills from the village corporation fairly according to actual consumption (50/50). If there is a credit, you get half back, which of course also applies proportionally if you move out sometime. In case of overconsumption, we also split the additional payment fairly.

The entire upper floor is available for your sole use: 3 bright rooms for free design: Perfect for you, your child, as an office or hobby room. The rooms are completely unfurnished. You can set up and unfold here completely freely. 1 attic compartment directly on the floor for a lot of storage space.

The common rooms are already partially equipped and cozily furnished, so you don't have to worry about the basic equipment: Large kitchen with cooking island, bright bathroom, cozy living room, garden with beds, paths & sandbox, balcony/terrace with a great mountain view, washing machine for shared use & internet already available, if desired.

Who we are: We are an open and lively mom (31) with two children (3 & 9 years). We live in this large, cozy 7.5-room house. We are particularly looking forward to single parents with one or two children, so our children would have new friends! But people without children who want to enrich our family life are also welcome.
What you bring: Child-friendliness: It's lively with us, you shouldn't have a problem with a bit of noise. Secure finances: Regular income for rent and utilities. Sense of community: Joy in exchange, but also respect for privacy.
Pets: Are welcome, depending on the circumstances.
