I am looking for a subtenant for my modern and very well-maintained 2.5-room apartment in the Blumenau development in Winterthur. The development is about 10 years old and is in very good condition overall.
The apartment offers a modern standard of construction and is ideal for single people or couples.
Key facts:
* Current rent: CHF 2,635 per month
* The rent has already been adjusted due to interest rate changes
* A parking space in the garage can be taken over for CHF 150 per month
* Available for occupancy from December 1, 2026, or January 1, 2027
* Quiet and pleasant development in Winterthur Blumenau
Approx. 70 sqm plus 30 sqm roof terrace
Takeover of built-in units
A special feature of the apartment is the high-quality, custom-made built-in shelving and the fixed installed shutters. Since classic curtains cannot be attached due to the design of the windows, these are part of the apartment's equipment.
Additionally, there is a blackout curtain in the bedroom.
The mentioned built-in units and the curtain were originally purchased for a total of around CHF 7,000. They are in very good condition and are to be taken over for CHF 2,000. The takeover is a prerequisite for applying as a subtenant.
The wooden floor is generally very well preserved; due to the sensitive material, there are only minor signs of wear.
