Hello,
In our spacious and bright duplex of 144m2 we are looking to sublet a large room of 16m2 fully furnished with a large bathroom of 9.4m2 (with toilet, shower and bathtub) and terrace from early November 2026 to late February 2027.
We are looking for:
1. Either a person for whom this room would be a pied-à-terre for the week. It would be a sublet of the room with the adjacent bathroom and access to the kitchen, for 1000.- per month (including charges, internet and cleaning)
2. Or a sub-tenant who would live here during the 4 months, for a rent of 1300.-/month (including charges, internet and cleaning)
We are a couple in our thirties, who work during the week and enjoy outdoor sports on weekends. One is an aerospace engineer and the other a specialist in sexual health. We are vegetarians and try to consume organic, local and seasonal products; rather early to bed during the week. We are looking for a warm and sympathetic person who would take care of the common spaces with us and with whom we could share a beer or a meal from time to time, while keeping our independence.
