4.5-room apartment (100m2) located right next to the bus stop
Looking for someone to move in from November 2026 or by agreement, as my roommate is moving out.

Apartment:
The apartment is 100m2 in size and offers plenty of space in the shared areas. It is fully furnished and provides everything you need. There's a sofa with a 65-inch TV for cozy evenings, an open kitchen, and a large dining table where your friends can sit. Additionally, there's a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, as well as a separate guest toilet. The apartment also comes with a balcony featuring a lounge and grill. You can also use the basement storage room. Outdoor parking spaces can be rented for 40.–.

- The apartment is cleaned by a cleaning helper every 2 weeks

Location:
What I personally appreciate about the apartment is its location. The apartment is situated in Oberuster, near the forest edge (about 5 minutes away), where you can enjoy nature during a walk. By bus, which practically stops right in front of the house, you can reach Uster train station in 10 minutes – it's just as quick by bike. From Uster, you can reach Stadelhofen train station in about 15 minutes and Zurich main station in 20 minutes. In the summer, you can cool off at the nearby Dorfbadi or Greifensee, which you can reach by bike in 13 minutes. The nearest shopping opportunity is within a 7-minute walking distance. The Dinosaur Museum in Aatal is also worth a visit. ;)

Your room:
Your bedroom is 12.6m2 in size and is located diagonally across from mine, with a window offering a view of the greenery. You can also use half of the 13.5m2 office room and, for example, set up a desk and a dresser.

Your roommate:
I'm Nina, 29 years old, and have just started my second apprenticeship as a chef. My favorite food is Riz Casimir (love it or hate it), and my favorite color is pink. I'm often on the go and open to new adventures. I love eating out or recording a new podcast episode with my friend. When I'm not on the go, I enjoy cooking something delicious at home – and I'd be happy to cook for you too, if you'd like.

I'm looking for:
You're between 20-40 years old, have a regular income, and value a well-kept home. I work as a chef often in the evenings and am not always at home during traditional hours. For our living situation, I wish for a friendly and authentic person who communicates openly and is also available for a chat in the kitchen from time to time. Whether we then occasionally get together for a joint cooking or movie evening will come naturally. :)
