As of November 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are renting out these office spaces on the ground floor in a well-maintained and representative office and residential building with a usable floor area of 249.2 m2. The office spaces include two toilets for sole use.

The property features, among other things, a photovoltaic system, passenger and freight elevator, comfort ventilation in the central area, and triple-glazed windows with heat protection films.

The rental agreement will be created on the basis of the raw building construction. The current and complete fit-out can be taken over from the current tenants if desired. This includes, for example, hollow floors for IT/power, suspended ceiling panels with lighting units (prepared for connection with cooling ceilings), as well as a tea kitchen. The existing furniture can also be taken over if needed and without any cost implications.

Optionally, a server room can be rented in the basement, equipped with comfort ventilation and split/air conditioning (including alarm monitoring in case of malfunction). If more space is required, an archive/hobby room and/or a cleaning room with a sink can be offered.
