Parking

Uncovered outdoor parking spaces can be rented for CHF 55 per month, including VAT (directly in front of the property).

Parking vehicles without rented parking spaces is explicitly not permitted.

Location

The commercial building Gartenstrasse 7 is located in the industrial area of the municipality of Wiedlisbach, directly on the A1 highway (5 minutes from the Wangen a. A. exit). Due to its ideal traffic location, the economic centers of Zurich, Bern, Basel, Lucerne, Biel, and Aarau can be reached within an hour. The building is also well connected to public transportation (10 minutes from the train station/bus stop).
