Ich vermiete meine vollständig möblierte Wohnung für gut fünf Wochen vom 01. November bis 06. Dezember 2026. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 22. Stock und bietet durch die großen Fensterfronten einen außergewöhnlichen Panoramablick über die Stadt und die umliegenden Hügel. Besonders morgens und abends ist die Aussicht ziemlich spektakulär. Dazu gibt es einen überdachten Balkon / Wintergartenbereich mit Sitzgelegenheit und ebenfalls freiem Blick über die Stadt. Die Wohnung ist hell, modern und wohnlich eingerichtet und wird so vermietet, wie sie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einen großzügigen Wohn-/Essbereich, einen separaten Raum, der sich sehr gut als Homeoffice eignet, eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne direkt am Fenster. Zeitraum: 01.11.2026 – 06.12.2026 Preis für den gesamten Zeitraum: CHF 4'000.– VHB, inklusive Möblierung und Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Ideal für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar, das für einige Wochen eine besondere, komplett eingerichtete Wohnung sucht – z. B. für einen temporären beruflichen Aufenthalt, eine Übergangszeit oder längeres Arbeiten in der Stadt. Bei Interesse gerne kurz etwas über euch/dich und den Grund für den Aufenthalt schreiben.

I’m subletting my fully furnished apartment for just over five weeks, from November 1 to December 6, 2026. Located on the 22nd floor, the apartment has large floor-to-ceiling windows and fantastic panoramic views across the city and surrounding hills. It’s exceptionally bright throughout the day, and there is also a covered balcony / winter-garden area with seating and an impressive view over the city. The apartment comes fully furnished as shown in the pictures. It includes a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living/dining area, a separate room that works very well as a home office, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom featuring a bathtub right next to a large panoramic window.
